The purpose of the Pennsylvania Quarter Horse Association's Quality Improvement Program is to produce superior Quarter Horses through breeding high quality mares and stallions.  With the help of our generous sponsors we  encourage the growth of the PQHA and its futurities and provide promotion for stallion owners.
